An Ultra-Luxury Seniors Camp Villa
The ultimate VIP experience awaits the guests of this boutique-resort style luxury villa, set on an elevated land overlooking a green landscape with 100-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean. This private compound includes several swimming pools: an Infiniti one in the main building that cascades into various natural-looking whirlpools, the bottom one including a waterfall over the entrance of a grotto-styled jacuzzi with lounge area and led lighting ( literally a man-made cave with real-looking rock design ).
This Seniors Camp villa is built on the edge of a national park reserve, keeping a high level of privacy with breathtaking vistas on one side and ocean views on the other. The main building has two floors, the first one has an elegant lobby flanked by two staircases left and right, its high ceiling graced with fine crystal chandeliers, Persian rugs and signature leather sofas.
The ample dining room to the left has damask-covered walls, high ceilings and marble flooring. The kitchen has a full staff of chefs, assistants and waiters. On the second level, there are six main suites, two facing the ocean side (North), two on the forest view/pool deck landscape side (South) and two in between with partial views to both North and South.
The suites are very well appointed, with king size beds, TV, A/C, customized design with paneled walls and balconies with gorgeous natural vistas. The villa has royal palms and extensive manicured garden areas.
The large pool deck in the main villa includes lounge furniture and chaise lounges, and enough space to host large alfresco dinners and live music shows. A 12 persons jacuzzi sits next to the pool, and next to it there is a large gazebo bar with powerful Bose sound system, bartender and bar stools from where the views can`t get any better. Further on, the bungalows ( 4 ) have their own swimming pool with wet tanning beds and Jacuzzi, the perfect place for aquaerobics and water yoga.
